Creating Packages

Before adding customers, create your hosting packages with limits for:

  • Disk space

  • Bandwidth

  • Websites

  • Email accounts

  • Databases

  • Feature access

Adding a New Customer

In Enhance, customer setup happens in 3 steps:

  1. Create the customer

  2. Assign a package

  3. Add the website/domain

This gives more flexibility than traditional cPanel account creation.

Impersonation

Use the Impersonate feature to access a customer’s control panel for:

  • Installing WordPress

  • Managing files

  • Setting up email

  • Troubleshooting websites

Customer Login URL

Enhance uses a branded login URL instead of port-based access.

Example:
cp.yourdomain.com

Set it up from:

Settings → Platform → Control Panel Domain

Daily Management

Inside a customer account, you can manage:

  • Websites & SSL

  • Email accounts

  • Databases

  • File Manager

  • PHP versions

  • Logs & integrations

Self-Service Site Imports

Enhance allows automatic migration of:

  • Website files

  • Databases

  • Emails

  • DNS settings

without needing manual transfers.
