Super Global Host provides various digital services including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, VPS and server solutions, ERP software, ZATCA e-invoicing integration, website and mobile application development, and related IT services.

3. Payment and Billing

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Any chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.

4. Domain Registration

Domain registration services are subject to the policies and regulations of ICANN and respective domain registries. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the domain name does not violate any trademarks, copyrights, or legal rights.

5. Hosting and Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to use hosting services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities including but not limited to spamming, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or activities that may harm the server or other users.

Super Global Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if any misuse or violation is detected.

6. ZATCA E-Invoicing

Super Global Host provides technical solutions for ZATCA e-invoicing compliance. However, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable Saudi tax laws and regulations.

Super Global Host shall not be held liable for any penalties, fines, or legal issues arising from incorrect implementation, configuration, or use of the system.

7. ERP Software License

All ERP software and related systems provided are licensed, not sold. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for their business operations.

Unauthorized copying, modification, resale, distribution, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.

8. Development Services

All website, mobile application, and custom development services are delivered based on agreed project scope and requirements. Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client cooperation. No refunds will be issued once development work has commenced.

9. Data and Backup

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. While backup services may be provided, Super Global Host does not guarantee data recovery in all cases.

Super Global Host shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or damage.

10. Service Availability

Super Global Host aims to provide high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Suspension and Termination

Super Global Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice if the customer violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, or fails to make payment.

12. Disclaimer

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Super Global Host makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Super Global Host be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use our services.

14. Accuracy of Information

Super Global Host does not guarantee that all information on the website is accurate, complete, or current. Changes may be made at any time without notice.
